■ Scope of Use Usable only within this service. Services bearing the same name but distributed through different platforms are not considered part of this service.
■ Precautions for Use Paid in-game currency cannot be transferred or lent to third parties. Refunds are not available after purchase unless allowed under the Payment Services Act. If a user is found to have committed fraud or violated the Terms of Use, resulting in suspension or termination of access to the app, the paid in-game currency will also become unusable. ■ How to Check Unused Balance You can check your unused balance on the “Scout” screen within the service.
■ Security Deposit and Customer Rights Regarding Security Deposit Pursuant to Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Payment Services Act, if the unused balance on the reference date exceeds the threshold prescribed by government ordinance, the issuer shall deposit no less than half of that amount as a security deposit. In accordance with Article 31, Paragraph 1 of the same Act, customers shall have the right to receive payment from the security deposit in priority over other creditors, with respect to claims related to prepaid payment instruments.
■ Policy on Compensation for Losses Due to Unauthorized Transactions If a customer incurs a loss due to unauthorized transactions, compensation will be provided by the platform provider, affiliated parties (e.g., credit card companies), or the Company, depending on the nature of the unauthorized transaction—except in cases where the loss is attributable to the customer, such as due to mismanagement or loss of information.
