[About Refunds for Paid Diamonds]

Unused paid in-game currency (Paid Diamonds) at the time of service termination will be eligible for refunds.
Further details will be announced later through in-game notices and on the official website.
When applying for a refund, you will need your in-game "Player Name", "Player ID", and the "number of paid Diamonds you currently own".
If you wish to request a refund, please make sure to check and record this information before the service ends.

※If you do not submit a refund request during the designated period, you will not be eligible for the refund process.
※To allow proper verification of your data, please refrain from uninstalling the app or reinstalling it due to device changes until the refund process is complete.
※If you delete your account or uninstall the app before the process is completed, we may not be able to issue the refund.
※Paid Diamonds that have already been consumed at the time of service termination will not be eligible for refunds.
